just when i thought i am settling down and getting easy with the project im working on, another one is leaving. kenneth is leaving to continue his studies in MDIS. which also means that his job is open. nobody wants to cover it plainly because everyone has their own role in the project that their working on. same to me. but somehow, the manager, wants me (!!) to cover him for 2-3 weeks while they're finding people. he wants me because he said im young and can work more. and yes i do mind. they asked if im willing to clock for more then 55hrs per week. hell no!! i got life. i won't die for this company. it's their probalem for not employing more. they see it coming but yet, nothing's done, till the day comes. and then the hoo-haa come. and we, the *junior* employee will kena shoot. the reason 'we have 10 but only 3 came back.' of course they're not interested if the pay given is less then what they'll be getting in other company.
but in the end, i agreed to cover kenneth's place. but i wont clock in more then 55hrs. UNLESS, the otherwise comes then maybe i will have to.
why can't we live life the way we want it. why must it be live life the way it is. because its destined?
nvm, i will go through this whole heartedly.. *ceh* and hope it'll end sooner then i expected.
but im sure these things gonna happen again.
